> Bespoke designs require approvals to be signed
by the client prior to us producing any customised
products. Customers should try their best to supply
"production-ready" artwork for logo
decorations - Bright Co. will advise on suitable
file formats on a project-by-project basis.
> Logo creation or artworking can also be managed
by Bright Co. if the customer requests.

Bright Co. use: TNT, UPS & PARCELFORCE (in
the UK Only).
> Quotations for delivery/method are always
specified in our quotations.
> Packaging & Delivery is charged at cost.

DELIVERY INSURANCE: PRODUCTS
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:

All goods are digitally photographed and fully
tested prior to despatch.
> Whilst it is rare our goods get damaged in
transit, any Damages, dings and faults due to
transit mishandling must be reported to your Bright
Co. Reseller on receipt of the goods so we can
claim.
